    Ok you made your point nothing is as fun as when you send people into retirement and we miss you. PLease come back;
    Kirk Johnson and Danny Williams really think they have a chance if they get one more shot. And James Toney would love to show you that you were only champ bc of racist politics; and Maskaev figures he has a great chance .. and Im sure Peter would be ral hard for u to figure out.. lol hey dont even worry about prepation; take of your suit lace up and beat them.

    I'm tired of all the politics in the heavyweight division. It's dying because people don't want to make fights..... If Vitali came back i would love to see him fight one of these guys. Peter, Toney, Valuev, Brock, Rahman or his brother(never gonna happen) I just want to see a really good battle of the giants.

    Truth of the matter is.....Vitaly could have been the man of this era...Lewis time was done...Like him or hate him he was more than an average champion who ruled for a decent period of time. He avenged his only two losses and never left doubt who the champion was....Vitaly was the next in line...The changing of the guard was apparent...Like Taylor was with Hopkins as heir apparent Vitaly was so with Lennox...It is a shame he had to retire with injurys and such...I give him respect for saying when he retired that he is giving uo the title to be fair and not hold onto just to say he is champion without defending it...He was actually getting better with every fight...He had a great chin...he was strong...plus with emanuel steward in his corner things would have only gotten better...There is not a HW around right now who was in his league he could have been champ as long as he wanted or father time caught up with him...

    YES NICE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE. It is true that he was getting better all the time. The last two fights were marvellous; Danny Williams was toyed with like a little child.

    What in particular makes me miss him was that in the fights he had as champion he acted like the champion; the confiedence in his last bouts is amazing; so far there is no prospect that would be likely to dispatch him. He could have been champ for years and years. Lose, come back. With that size.. he is Very big.. and that athleticism and the improving skills being 40 wouldnt be a problem or 45 ; last thing that goes is power; and he would alwasy have the reach and he was getting smarteer.

    Baby K is getting better all the time too and I fought the most dangerous guy already so he is an ok substitute.

    Danny Williams and a half foot in the grave Corrie Sanders isn't impressive defenses imo.

    Everybody hypes up Hatton and when Collazo comes up people aren';t saying Hatton is scared of Collazo and things like that. They say that Hatton wasn't trained properly for the Collazo fight and that there is no reason to face Collazo again.

    Lennos Lewis stopped Vitali on a cut by a punch he caused and he wasn't trained properly and he won, he wasn't handed a decision like Hatton was. And people still jump on this Vitali bandwagon about he chased Lewis out of the Heavyweight division and etc.

    I agree with you on that.....But you have to remember that is just hater talk....IMO I thought Lewis would lose that night and was lucky to get away with the win...Not because Vitaly was better but because Lewis was out of shape...He was huffing and Puffing by the fourth just as he was ion Rahman and McCall...that spelled KO for him both times....When Lennox is in shape he was damn hard to beat as his record shows...ant time Lewis came in shape he more than took care of the job...The stoppage was by brutal cut though not that Vitaly was ready ro fall but he would have lost his eye...The guy has heart and like I said a hell of a chin....Sanders is/was no great fighter by anymeans but a fairly dangerous guy and williams well there are worse guys to defend against...Vitaly did use him to adjust things...Move around something he never did before..like Pliden said he toyed with him...impressivley....I don't agree with the chasing Lewis out of boxing Lennox was due to retire but he was the best out there after that hands down

    I love when that "hater" word is passed around just because the truth is insulting a person who likes the fighter in question.
    CC to daxx i too believe vitali would of finished the job if the fight went on.
    However i have to disagree with both daxx and angel eyes. I do believe since vitali was now the only sensible fight for lewis to take, and the only one the people wanted to see, lewis IMO did not want to come back for that again. He hit vitali with everything he had, and yes vitali was cut but look at the stats, lewis punch count was dwindling every round, but vitali was energetic, didnt seem hurt except for that uppercut which he recovered rather quickly and continued to move forward. Lennox lewis knew, thats the only fight he had that would make any sense as the HW champ. So instead of fullfilling his promise to vitali (Qoute " i beat him, and ill beat him again" yes to the rematch question) he did something not many fighters do, which is, retire as the champ. I guess you cant fault Lennox for wanting to leave on top, but you cant say that vitali klitchko was not one of the ingredients that led to his retirement.

    its a little sad when u think of what wlad has a good chance of accomplishing and u realize, that if eh does indeed unify the divison and dominate for a few years, taht vitali will likely be the forgotten klitschko, or the 'other klisthcko'. when in relaity, he was the better klitschko.

    we miss you, u have a lot of fans.please come back vitali.

    You know sparring is one thing, War is another, look at Vitaly's KO %. And look at how he looked against DannyWilliams and Corrie Sanders. By the way: I love Corrie Sanders and I think that he was up there with WK, VK and LL. He did not "have foot in grave"; he just came from KO WK. And did he put up fight? hell ya! Did he manage to hit VK ? yes. Was he knocked down out? no.
