While there is really no defence for Corrales actions especially after it had already happened to him, there was a difference. In Corrales v Castillo 2, Castillo was very strong and looked to have great conditioning while Corrales last night looked like he was lumbering and seemed reluctant to throw punches. IMO, he looked very weak and didn't seem to be able to get even enough of an adrenaline boost to take the fight to Joel. That being said, after all he said about Castillo, he should have let Joel know in advance instead of disgracing himself. I think Corrales actually tried.
