so alot of the fights im downloading are just the sounds and no video?
all bieng played on minamp.. some work normal.. some have no picture?
anyone know whats up?

Sounds to me like you are missing the video codecs needed to watch certain videos

No problem, if that does not solve your problem, then I can suggest you use a different player like media player classic or IrfanView+plug-ing or Crystal Player or VLC
