Default Who can do a round by round for the Lenord Pierre fight ?

This middleweight is trained in the D'amato system and managed by Steve lott, he has basicly the old team Tyson but hasnt been able to replicate anything like the success Mike had with that team or style.

He has been stopped in one round by john duddy and was unlucky to get stopped late in his last fight, he is exciting but doesnt relax enough to use the head movement properly, he just sort of wades in, which makes for better viewing but it would be nice to see him come through his next fight with Kelly Palvik and gain some confidence then settle down.

Imagine a fighter with Mikes style in the middle weights today, it would bring back a bit of excitment, a bit like Nigel Benn.

I dont know much about Palvik but after a quick look on his record its littered with old, worn and smaller fighters, he may get a surprise when a young strong guy with power starts tearing away at him

Does anyone know much about Pavlik ?

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mLmPAImEpPI

From that clip he looks a little slow and awkward, the last fight in the clip he has trouble stopping the guy even though hes not doing anything and clearly doesnt even want to be there.

Pierre is an aggressive non stop type and I think he will wear down Pavlik who at 6,3" has trouble making weight, he also hasnt fought any young strong aggressive fighters as yet and got dropped a couple of fights ago.

I'm lookin forward to this fight. I was not impressed with Pavlik when he fought Bronco. Seemed like Bronco just gassed out and gave up. Pierre seems to be better conditioned. Eventhough Duddy stopped Pierre in 1 round, I see Pavlik having more trouble.

I once followed Leonard Pierre but he got beat by Willie Gibbs and then flat out DESTROYED vs John Duddy....Pavlick should handle him EASY

Could someone do a round by round for this fight tonight please, its almost guaranteed to be a war, all of Lenords fights are, Pavlik has been down a couple of times recently and may not like the relentless agression of pierre, he hasnt faced anyone as aggressive or strong as Pierre yet.

This is more a test for pavlik than it is Pierre, we know that Pierre is capable of better than he has shown if only he calms down a bit and relaxes, whereas Pavlik has yet to show his mettle, it will be put to the test tonight for sure
