...sorry I'm posting so late but the auditory hallucinations just stopped. EVERYONE sounded like Axl Rose for like half the day today....loud music.

FUCKING AWESOME SHOW! Sebastian Bach opened up he did all of his Skid Row songs...fucking cool!, then Papa Roach and I went to the can....and then a 2hr stretch of everyone wondering if Axl had OD'd or something and then the lights went down and everything started up 1st song WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE!....They played all of their old and new stuff, it was a fun show, I had a great time.

They are 100% better than Velvet Revolver....and I say that not because I hated the band members, they were great, they ARE GNR but Axl is one of the best frontmen in the history of rock! Yes he's a pretentious diva but hey that's rock'n'roll he has the right to be.

If you have the chance to go to the show I HIGHLY reccomend it

Yeah but they were still good. And better than Velvet Revolver.

Izzy was the only original GNR member other than Axl in the new band.

They did a great job...I don't mind if it's not the original line up...sure they had 2 guitar players to replace Slash and they couldn't do what he does. I didn't expect them to do that

If you're going to say the band is not as good because they don't have Slash, Duff and so on aren't there then you also have to say fuckin Scott Weiland ain't Axl Rose!!!

Oh, as an avid trainspotter, I opened this thread expecting it to be about Great Northern Railways.

I was so disappointed, that I immediately started to go flaccid.

Well Axl did a fucking AWESOME job....I totally expected him to sound horrible like he did on MTV that time when they announced Chinese Democracy was finally coming out.

Axl must have done a TON of work because his pipes were back and he tore the roof off the place

Killer !! who was on guitar, do you know.. They had that Bucket head dude a few years ago,, that fucker can play, but he is off the charts wierd ! plays with a Kentucky Fried Chicken bucket on his head,,, i shit you not !
