    Default PBF's Boxing Clinic

I know a lots been said but here's my view.
This fight has sorted out the true fans of boxing. Putting his personality aside, PBF put on a boxing clinic. He was perfectly accurate when he said post fight that that fight should be shown to any youngster learnig how to box. I always believed boxing to be the sweet science of hitting and not getting hit!?! We have come a long way from the travelling fairs where you draw a line in the sand and have 2 men stand there and take it in turns to swing at each other.
Even when Baldomir was trying to trap PBF in the corner, he couldn't lay a glove on him and eventually got turned. What did you expect, PBF to just stand there and take the punches?
A few times he was throwing straight back from the ropes, and a couple of rounds he forced Baldomir back. Not bad considering who was the bigger and stronger man. When PBF was in front of him, he was there to be hit, but Baldomir just couldn't.
You may look back on all the great wars and harp on about how brave those fighters were to take all those shots and fight through them, but I can assure you, nobody enjoys getting hit in the face and it sure as hell isn't someones game plan coming into a fight. Everyone of those "real fighters" would have avoided taking those big shots if they could. The only thing is they don't have the ability to, while PBF does.

Agree completely. CC. It's not very often that we see the challenger win every single round of a 12-round lineal championship fight.

Thank God not everyone chooses to fight this way because if that was the case, this would be one boring azz sport and I would be watching UFC instead and so would a lot of other people. (an example of a bad fight? RJJR vs Tarver 1 & 3) Two fighters running from one another. Can you say boring?
PBF reminds me of those UFC fighters who are not willing to take it to the floor. Imagine how boring the UFC would be if everyone just ran from each other while throwing one or two punches here and there. Sure I have seen some UFC fights actualy go there and they too were boring as phuk. What if Baldomierda would have gone into the fight not chasing PBF? What if Baldi just ran all night and tied Gayweather up? We all knew ahead of time that this fight was going to be sad. PBF's performance was not that of a great Champion GOD. De La Hoya was ripped by everyone when he decided to run from Tito but Tito is and was a threat. Baldomir is an old thrid rate fighter with the power of an old lady. Why would you run from that? PBF lost a lot of fans with this piss poor performance.

As much as PBF wishes he was a thug, he is not.

This is a real Motha Phukin Thug.
