Firstly im gona give a thanks to mr danny g!! where u at? come collect your cc for putting the floyd fight up!!
yeh i couldnt last til i recieved the weekends fights so i downloaded it....
enjoyed it very much for the first 3.....
things were going terrible for baldo around 6 and 7 but there was still time to land to the body and sell out and smother floyd..
and from then on i wasnt very impressed with the fight.. props to both guys... some would never have thought baldo would get so far and its a shame hes been beaten but hes had a good run!
and floyd does what floyd does... he had some extremely smart rounds... baldomir just couldnt match anywhere near floyds speed and never got into the fight , floyd wouldnt let him...
but it was very boring in the later rounds when floyd had hurt his hand and was just protecting his lead and doing just enough to win the rounds....
i was also pretty mad with floyd about his reaction towards larry merchant when larry asked how he felt that people boo'd and left and he was a total dick to larry and said he didnt know nothing about boxing... and even if larry didnt ...which he does know plenty!
it wouldnt matter.. the question regarded a plain whitewash that was a bore, floyd could have made it a little more interesting and he should acknowledge that fact...
there were three things i enjoyed about the bout.. apart from the fact that its happened and i now know how it went and what could be next etc..

floyds arrogance and him bieng a big sissy girl bieng over protective... apart from his attitude muy props to floyd... linear champ of the welterweights!

lol i dunno man.... lets be fair people like larry and jim have been around boxing for a long long time my friends and there is no way they know nothing about boxing.. larry , i wouldnt say likes to ehar the sounds of his voice.. i mean hes no sinatra :P
hes slow he fumbles and he's a little dopey at times, and the fact is that even if larry knew nothing about boxing it was nothing to do with boxing.. it was stating the crowds sentiments he never mentioned his.. he is always frank... and just like the espn interview with floyd just before he fought gatti as soon as anyone doubts him or questions him... floyd goes off on one....lol floyd is a hell of a fighter but he is a hell of a diva!! lol

Floyd hating is not the issue it seems...a mix of flyd bumming and MERCHANT HATING is!! lol :P
there is no way merchant kept his job at hbo for so long or even got it in the first place without knowing whathe needs to!

Nah I hate that fucker too. He's old and likes to think of the good old days......Max Kellerman has a good working knowledge of boxing history and he's a nicer guy than Larry.

lol yep... but at least ive got my sanity back now that ive seen it...
lol i saw it at like 4 o clock this morning and i was sat drinking shit loads of cups of tea and chuffing on a cigarette, been feeling really ill recently... and i was so disapointed and depressed when i finished i was like fuck this bedtime! lol Thanks alot floyd
