i am one of those generally heavy people. I have big shoulders and a good amount of muscle mass for my age (without sounding up my own a**!) but i also have what i see as 'puppy fat'. Loads of people tell me that because of my genetics, my body will hang on to this fat until i reach a certain age. I do quite a lot of exercise and dont eat like an idiot, but i still have this fat, i am not 100% sure if it is puppy fat. I want to get down to my fighting weight, but it is very hard to lose the weight, any ideas?
