Default Would a true boxing sim video game sell?

Someone over at the Operation Sports boards told me a true boxing sim wouldn't sell and would get boring really fast. He must be a 12 year old! What do you guys think?

It depends on what he means by "true boxing sim"

    My idea of that is
    - Easy fights
    - Upsets
    - bad style fights
    - chess match type fights
    - Ruiz-Oquendo or Byrd-Williamson type fights
    - bad judges
    - different ref styles

I mean part of that appeals to the average fan but some of it is difficult to handle even for your most diehard boxing fans.

I think a MORE REALISTIC boxing sim would sell better...having a game be EASY doesn't make it fun

you should be able to use some of your money to pay off the judges.

They already did that judging thing in fnr3. I swear judge #1 was a racist. Unless it was a clear cut round he always gave the other guy the round.

I always play this game in Hard mode andd is still easy. Is the most realistic one at the moment but they have to continue to omprove it.

I do want to put the 7 sec replay again and be able to watch also the replay of the KO's sometime I throw a great combination and want it to see it again but gthere is ni replay feature anymore. At least the took out the jab ko's I really hated that unless the had the jab and a hard jab

You can save replays on rocky legends the game play is so slow tho. Some of the knockdowns turn out pretty brutal tho the one with drago's triple combo if you land all three the last shot will be a body shot but the person will be falling if you timed it right and the punch will connect with their neck and they'll fly towards the canvas and not move.

I'm very familiar with Title Bout Championship Boxing. I have spoken to the creator of this game. He said a couple of years ago he approached EA about making a boxing game. I also told him he should hook up with a company that was good with graphics, because his hold set up and presentation was well put together.

i still want to know how title bout was allowed to use all those thousands of boxers names in their game, whilst fight night can only muster 27 boxers.
