I was a bit surprised that Schultz would come out of retirement and take a fight with Minto; a tough hard-hitting above-average journeyman like this.
Major miscalculation on Schultz's part. Guess he goes back to the Kronenberg 1664 and spars with his wife.

Anyone think Minto can take a title? I sure do. He'd KO Maskaev within 5.

I can't put stock in Minto based on that performance alone.

He needs to fight someone who is motivated....someone who wants to be in the ring.

I give him credit though for being well conditioned this time out and not looking like a slob like he did six months back on Friday night fights.

I record all the fights I watch on DVD and transfer them to my computer and then use Adobe Imageready to make them into GIF's.It's kind of a long process but It works well.

MINTO?? who has he fought?? NOONE! he beat a washed up Alex who was TOTALLY gassed in the fourth. Axel lost EVERY time he stepped up.
One win over a guy who some people know (cuz of a loss to foreman no less) and people think he could be the next HW champion of the world??
The guy is 5'10" every time he jabs he bends over at the waist extends his stub like arms (76" reach) and shows the side of his head. Perfect for a KO the F*ck out ala Golota vs Lewis. Hey he might be a nice guy or whatever but i don't see him competing against any HW in my top ten (see rate the HW's column) now mind you....after watching Briggs Vs Sergei he could beat both of them at the same time blindfolded with sharp rocks in both of his shoes and a scorpion taped to his dick. But any decent HW i don't think so,,at least not yet. right now you said it exactly "an above average journeyman"

Minto doesn't have much skill but he has boxing smarts. He will need to step up the competition to test what he has, but i have this feeling that he could upset the best. He has the will to win.
