lol but dont worry about these cats and what they be doing.. they have alot more spare time on they're hands to build themselves up and train...
my advice is do what you do.. keep training hard.. if you want a 6 pack, set your time aside and stay disciplined to your own schedule and you'll succeed..
if you want big arms etc.. weight train and stick at it...
read up on it.. eat right and the rest of it...
all you can do is keep motivated to your goal if its cosmetic and you wana look good..
if its for fightin and a certain area you wana improve then stick at it and it will..
Go for it bro!

He was maybe just interested in Winkys training regime, it is interesting to know
Thats cricket
yeaaa bit of both really
He probably does. There's a big misconception that weight lifting is bad for boxers. That's wrong. In fact, you'll NEVER increase your punching power unless you incorporate some sort of resitance training. Push-ups are an example of weight training.... BODY weight. Once you've maxed out, you must develop more max strength, which will create more muscle fiber to be recruited for explosive/fast movements. But no matter what you do, it must be coupled with work on the bag and mitts and sparring.
read these if you haven't already.

simply to point out to the kids that weight training is good if done properly. only misconceptions say it isn't,
Yeah weights will improve, but it's not good to do to much. And you should learn how to lift them properly. But if you are unable to, try doing some more difficult push-up varations. Example: One Arm, Clap Push-Ups, Elevate Your Feet And Do Push-Ups, Arms Wide Push-Ups, Diamond Push-Ups, Hindu Push-Ups, I Mean Theirs A Shit Load Of Varations Avalible!
Theres a routine we do with dumbells and the dumbells never leave the floor its hard
