Default Antonio Margarito vs. Paul Williams

after last night, i want this fight to come off more then ever.

williams is his mandatory now, so all of the margarito bandwagoners had best jump off and go over to cottos before this fight happens, cuz tony is gonna get embarassed in a big way

amazing that some people actually thought this guy was gonna be the one to beat mayweather................ its straight up hilarious after last night

I think that this fight will be a toss up. Williams doesn't have a good defense. It's basically gonna be a slugfest with the winner being whoever can take the most punishment. If Williams boxes and uses his height then he should win. Williams definitely should box IMO, he'll box and move, and Tony will follow him around smiling and talking shit, usually that means "Come on man, just stand in the middle of the ring and fight me, because I'll look horrible trying to actually box."

Damn Froze!!!!! Bringing it with authority.... On the real I think Williams can only get better keep the chin tucked and he is Golden.. I think he fills in the gaps better than Tony...I wont be so harsh on Margarito since Clottey was every bit of tough he was advertised as... I think Williams has better than average Power Better handspeed and Better Accuracy, as far as Workrate I would say that they are on the same Plain... We Know the experience factor go's to Toney and Margarito is tough....

I would say Williams by UD ...... As far as Cotto go's He really came up John Holmes big last nite and just served notice, I feel he Beats Margarito as well but Williams will get his chance 1st....

Margarito would beat Williams IMO. Its funny that Margarito's overhyped but Williams has fought 31 fights and out of those the only guy he's faced is a shot Sharmba Mitchell. Maybe you could throw in Matthyssee but he wasn't much. Margarito's opposition pretty much sucks but its just one killer after another compared to Williams'.

Cotto and Collazo would beat Margarito though. Especially Cotto.

Looks like my 2 boys are the kingpins at WW!!!! Real wariors taking on real threats and fighters..I have yet to see the fights so can't comment fully but I read somwhere that Arum wants Cotto-Margarito to come off late 2007.

Now Tony has won a dangerous fight,I am looking forward to 2007 because Arum promised 4 big fights for him. I have heard he looked slightly rusty tonight,I mean he's only fought 1 round the whole year prior to last night and that's not good enough and he has no one to blame but himself/promoter but the time has come for him to step up!!

I still favour Margarito over Williams though,I just think he is too experienced and although Williams has looked good,if you're going to laugh at Tony's resume(which is getting better and better),you're going to have a heart attack over Williams.
