Default Sam Peter is the real deal

Like I said prior, Peter has been improving with every fight and two fights against Toney will give him invaluable experience. He even used one of Toneys moves against him when he slipped out of the corner on him. I truly believe he's gonna be the one to unify. We probably won't be seeing Lyle for awhile after that performance.

I wonder if Wlad is still gonna wanna unify the WBC title after Peter wins it.

JT came from mid weight and the only reason he is a heavy is because he cant lrave the cakes alone. Vlad would beat Sam again through a constant hard jab, distance and the big right imo..

I give Peter his credit. He looked improved. But he ain't beating Wlad. Peter is still easy to hit. Toney was getting his ass kicked, but he was still landing shots. And he don't have the power Wlad has. It'll be a diffrent story when Wlad hits him.

i agree but wlad tends to be scared and fight a lilttle to coutious now i give ups to wlad in this fight but in the first fight peter took wlads best shot and shook it off ... thing about wlad ill always give him better chanceof winning against any1 in the horizon right now but theres is always a chance for the miracle punch

Peter never took Wladimirs best shot, not by any means. He was rocked by a Left jab which is not his power hand.Wladimir has a huge straight right which could do a lot more damage.

I agree Peter never took Wlad's best shot. But he did take some good ones. And I think it was a left hook that wobbled Peter. Not a jab

Yeah he's the real deal , he's also crazy.

He's no one punch beast anymore. His combinations are scary and jab pretty quick for his size.

I have to disagree with some of you in the fact that Peter did take Vlad best and what he did was get a very pissed of face. The punch tha wable Peter was a shor left hook while he was coming forward. I do not think he will win against Vlad but the guy I saw today was incredible (what a stamina) I was impresed(very). And like I said before when Vlad andPeter fought "This 2 are the best heavyweights right now"

He has to train like this for every fight if he does this against Maskaev ( I wish this fight can be maid) I have it by a 2nd or 3rd round KO (out cold).

Peter was walking through Wlads punches that whole fighta and that was a much less polished Peter. Wlad had to hold that version of Peter so imagine what he would try to do now. Hold some more cause Peter is gonna force that fight again pretty soon and I'm sure they'll get an adequate ref this time to take points for excessive holding and pushing.

The reason Wlads camp say they don't want to deal with Don King is because they know he has clout and would be on top of the ref and judge situation.

I think Sam knows he can't outbox Wlad. I do know one thing, Wlad is about the same fighter he was then and Peter is much improved. We all saw how he performs in rematches now too.

Good fight is an understatement for the true fan but for it to be PPV, Sam would need to beat Maskaev and possibly Briggs too. That is a megafight between the two best out there right now.

I don't know why Briggs wants to fight Peter anyway either cause he can't even breathe. He'll get KTFO.
