Mayorga would be my pick too, he's been out a good while though. He hardly seems to have been motivated to get back intot he mix...But Vargas does look a sight...

Mayorga is the guy that fights his heart out in a fight, so i belive if he gets a fight against Vargas signed, he will be pretty healed from the De La Hoya fight. And motivated. And they should not think so much about letting Mayorga gain so much weight in for the recent fights, because that has only slowed him down, and much of his pop in the punches disappeared.

Mayorga takes it hands down. Doesn't help that vargas would have to drop about 80 lbs to make fighting weight!

It would make for a good undercard... The PPV gate would surely get smashed to record highs even more than just PBFvs Dlh... Even though these 2 are way past it, it has one hell of an interest factor withinBoxing circles
