In Mexico when a man is caught and taken to jail for rape/molesting or anything of that sort, once he is taken into the jail the guards/police themselves take him in with the worst of the worst captives and when they release him into population the guards yell here's some fresh meat followed with what he did something like 'Heres some fresh meat, molested a 9 and killed her' meaning he commited the crime to a 9 year old and killed her...
They automatically become EVERYONE'S bitch, the rest of the population gangs up on him and has their way with him....
