don't you think he should he should fight Jermaine Taylor instead of Trinidad?? Just seems like a more competive fight.

Same old story. He'd make more money fighting trinidad and have a lot less chance of getting beat. Why risk losing for less money?Originally Posted by Ice Man
I dont agree with that thinking but its what so many boxers do nowadays.

Good question...double edged sword factor.
He fights Tito he beat another world champ & SUPERSTAR...but fans will say he beat Tito like he beat an old Oscar.
He fights Taylor then he beats the man that drew with Wright & "defeated' Hopkins in a bullshit decision. Taylor's lack lustre & fans will run with that.
Still...I say that he should get more credit fighting Taylor.
Never beg a 40 dollar hooker...specially after she's just turned down your mom's credit card!!
Floyd should fight Taylor instead of Trinidad. Taylors the middleweight champion! If Floyd wins there it makes him a 3 weight Ring world champion. Lightweight, Welterweight & Middle. Now thats a legacy.

This whole Floyd bandwagon is going a bit far!! v Taylor is absolutely ridiculous!! JT could stop him with the jab alone Wacksta. In my opinion Taylor is a comfortable Super Middleweight and Floyd is a comfortable Light Welterweight.
I don't see how this topic is a "floyd bandwagon"
That is probably why floyd is talking up the fight with a smaller guy in tito, not Taylor.Originally Posted by Hairdoo

Maybe but DLH was competitve with Hopkins until the stoppage & Talyor struggled both times with Hopkins. Plus Taylor seems to always go backwards even against smaller opponents so although he's bigger his style does not necessarily mean he'll be imposing. Taylors balance is sh*t & I could see Floyds speed & technical ability causing big problems. Taylors amatuer flaws would be highlighted by Floyd if this bout happened!Originally Posted by eagle

Would PBF be able to hurt Taylor tho?Originally Posted by galaxy76
And u say he has many flaws. What flaws. I mean if Winky and BHOP couldnt expose them they cant be that bad. PBF is gifted and great, but sooner or later the size difference has to catch up. Otherwise they wouldnt have weight divisions......
Floyd's speed at 160 would definantly be a factor.....JT does jab a lot which is good if you're going after Floyd but JT seems to tense up when he lets his power punches go, throwing down instead of straight.
i don't think PBF should even stay at 154 let alone move up to 160. the fact that he came into the DLH fight at 148 lets tell you that he knows he's not a 154lb fighter.
skill wise PBF is the better fighter but taylor is too big for him.
a fight vs Kassim Ouma at 154 would be good
he beats the shit out of kassim and the hater will keep complaining.
Kassim applies pressure and he could still win titles at 154Originally Posted by 'The Boxer'
