Yeah! he injured himself in his last fight against Mora they showed the fight on FSN.
I think Mora stepped on Kirk and Kirks knee got caught under and Kirk falls suddenly I think theres a video of it on YouTube but I'm not sure... Kirk was wining the fight when it happened....

Agreed, I saw him fight in Atlantic City at least 10yrs ago when he was coming up and was in good shape. I guess he's another guy that lacks motiviation to train properly.

Is a big underachiever and it was always something with him when it came to the meaningful fights. He reminds me of another Clay-Bey or Audley Harrison, has the skill but couldn't pass the big tests.

Oh yeah, I thought that was a VERY winable fight for him...he's like the Canadian Frank Bruno....except he doesn't raise your hopes as high before he lets you down.
