animal pak is a good multivitamin. I was having trouble with feeling run down and sick within a month or so after i started training a lot and these really seemed to help me. i looked around on some different boxing and bodybuilding forums and this seemed to be the supplement most people recommended and liked. It will make your urine a bit flourescent from the extra vitamin b or something but personally i find that kind of cool. I would just try to drink extra water if you take them. That goes for any supplements actually.
