Vasquez already said last night he will fight him again....Vasquez is a respectable type guy IMO....True to his word.....

This is going to be one of thiose all time great triloy series.....

My hat goes off to both fighters......Pure Class all the way...

Was the stoppage a bit fast...maybe....Truth is though Marquez was on his way out either way...though that will be argued until the cows come home....

I respect him on this though...Even though he did say he did not understand why the ref stopped it so fast he did not sit and bad mouth Vasquez...He did not claim robbery....or any of the other crap some guys pull after losing a fight...he accepted it and just stated he wants a rematch.....

I don't know if both guys can survive a best of 5 series....A best of 5 would end their carrers if it was as action packed as the first two...

they can't even complete 8 rounds a fight, I don't think they can survive a best of 5 averageing 7 rounds. Most guys go 12 rounds but these guys reck havok on eachother right from the first round. They are both accurate p4p best punchers. The trilogy will be the last of them. It'll be a great one and I think vazquez will win it. Even though isreal is the younger by 3 years, rafa is still prime and still one of the best p4p. Unfortunately for rafa, he met a better p4pder in Isreal.

I think Rafael should steer clear from Vasquez for at least one tune-up fight. Both fighters must endure grueling punishment if they want to do another fight soon with each other. Both are just too good for each other.

Yup,.I've read any re match wil not happen this year. Probably Jan or Feb early next year. They deserve a break.

I really think these guys need a break from eachother. There is no hurry, they can fight next year or the year after. Take some tune ups. Maybe Vazquez can do a mandatory while Marquez takes on Caballero(That's his name right). Then after while the fans won't wait any longer and they can set up the great event that it will be.

It would not supprise me that the third fight would be different now that both have tasted a TKO defeat. They will both be more cautious and try to box more. However, eventually one of the two is going to land a flurry and start the war all over again.
