I thought the same, Calzaghe is naturally a huge guy he walks around at like close to 200lbs, i think he looks smaller in the ring than he use to quite a bit, i think he does struggle to make the weight, because in them pics he looks the bigger man if anything.

its one thing i do worry a bit about him in this fight,making the weight or being weight drained...

im pretty sure he will be training harder for this than any other fioght, but at 36 ur metabolisum does slow down... he looked real nervous when he got on the scales for the manfredo fight... could see a sigh of relief when it stayed on 168...

Heard him say a couple of years ago (before the second Veit I think) that he'd used a professional nutritionist for the first time, and that the weight wasn't as much a struggle after, don't know if he meant it or if he was just trying to convince the other guy he was in shape.

Either way I'm picking Calzaghe to win a comfortable decision, though he'llbe bringing trouble for himself if he comes in the ring ditracted (like Salem) or cocky (like Bika). Kessler is solid and can cause a few problems if he gets through with his right hand.
