I don't know much about drugs so could someone explain, what would be the benefit of doping and if he did dope, does that man some of his wins are tarnished? And could the Cotto fight be off? CC's for answers.
We have heard these kind of allegations about boxers before. Im always cynical when it comes to the media telling us these things.
They've been saying he's been associated with Balco for a while so this isn't shocking. And SportsIllustrated is at least fairly reliable, well kind of.
But I'd like to see their evidence, all they really cite in that article is a calendar. Do they have enough to really go after him or just give talks at a conference.
Not saying he didn't do it, I'm not surprised at all by anybody doing it, whether its Shane Mosley or anybody else.
Doping with epo gets more oxygen to your muscles so they don't tire as easily and it gives you a huge superhuman stamina boost.it says this dates back to 03 so it's a possibility this may have happene dover a series of fights. Unless he's suspended by an org, the fight will go on.Originally Posted by El Gamo

I find it hard to believe that Mosley is a dopehead.
An agency (over in france) brought forth this case against lance armstrong a few years ago saying that he tested positive for epo back in '97. There was a minor investigation but it was all made a mute point because of the fact that he won 6 more races after that and has never tested positive to begin with..
Talk is great and everything, but it's really unfair to throw out accusations without being able to back it up. Because that hangs like a stain for the rest of a fighter's career. Now we're looking at Holyfield with suspicion too. Not that I don't think it's very possible, it's just not right to be convicting these guys in the court of public opinion without anything concrete.
Oops
Don't fall for this bull****
They are talking about something that happened............... 4 years ago? 3?
Someone is trying to get into Shane Mosley's head, because all of the sudden this "news" shows up before a BIG fight with a young champion star.
