Juan Diaz!

Man this kid is something isn't he? I never used to like him until the Freitas fight. I was sure that finally his days of fighting soft competition were gonna catch up to him and Freitas was gonna knock him out, but instead Diaz went to war with Freitas, took his power and actually made "Popo" quit. That fight made me appreciate how freakin good he really is, he's a great volumne puncher, and last night he dominated a good fighter in Julio Diaz. The sky is the limit for Juan, I would love to see him fight Pacquaio and I would honestly give him a good chance of upsetting Pac Man, granted he can take his punch. What a fight that would be!!!

Yep. It was exciting & one sided.

I liked his fight agianst Suico, Sims, Cotto, Irwin, & Freitas alot too. All of those were smokers.

I agree . It would be the first time Pacs met a young guy on teh way up and I duno if he could handle the strength of Juan .

Its a fight thats probably too good to happen but if they both keep winning then its a natural

I believe many forumers here are looking forward to a Pac-JMM fight.

Although I wouldn't mind a Pac-Valero or Pac-Diaz fight coz it will be more action-packed.

On second thought, this will be probably Pac's most difficult fight. Not because Juan Diaz is a young fighter but because he is naturally BIGGER fighter. Diaz started as as welterweight I believe, only to settle down in lightweight. Meanwhile, Pac started in flyweight and will be moving up to Lightweight Huge disadvantage, IMHO.

But Pac will make it an exciting fight, no doubt.

PAC would have a real hard time with this kid. He is not only a weight class higher, he is strong for his weight. I could easilly see Juan going up and chalenging Hatton, and give him a hell of a fight too.

PAC's days are numbered. He has Marquez to deal with at 130 and the baby bull waiting for him at 135. One of those two will beat him, mark my words.

I am becoming a fan of his as well. He's been impressive in all the fights i've seen. Gotta love those 7-8 punch combinations. I really think his power is improving as well. Obviously he doesn't have the one punch ko power, but his punches are very crisp and he's tko'd his last two opponents impressively.

His stamina is amazing and he seems to use a Winky style defense and counters really well after blocking the punch of his opponent. Can't wait to see him fight again.

Funny thing is he fights like I do on fight night. Not often you see a guy who fights like a video game. Same strategy, same way throwing 5 punch combos, blocking and countering, etc.... just humorous to me. Plus it's impressive he can keep that pace.

Juan has really stepped up in his more recent fights. IMO, he's always been fun to watch, but now he seems to have more confidence and determination. Balls to the walls from the first bell, gotta love it even if you're not a fan of his.

I think JMM can do better than Erik and Mab could at the end of their careers but I dont see whats in it for Pac cuz he needs to fight up and comers , not old men .

Yeah its a disadvantage but when you look at them they are pretty much the same height but Pac is puer muscle . Diaz is pure fat . . advantage Pac
