Default If Haye Beats Mormeck & Then Moves to Heavyweight, What Does Maccarinelli Do?

He'll have lost his domestic bout if Haye wins. And he'll lose the chance to fight the best Cruiser.

Apart from that, there's just Cunningham who's about as exciting as Richie.

The only other fight that may stir the loins is Hide but he hasn't had a decent win in the UK in ten years!!!

Well if Haye does decide to move up to Heavy then I think Enzos best option would be to try and get the other floating title. I mean Enzo has to look at the big picture here Hayes a bigger draw then him so heeds that extra push to get his name across how else do you do that then by wining titles. I know Steves boring and all but again Enzo needs to realise that getting his hands on the title will make up for what he lacks against Haye which is popularity world wide at least. You also gotta think that Tockarev is Steves mandatory so a fight vs. Tockarev might be a better one is that one comes off.
Enzo just needs to stay busy there at Cruiser and if possible pick up another title there. Theirs also O'Neil Bell Enzo can try and work something out with Bell.

I know it was a last minute thing but Enzo can not continue to complete against the Azzouri's of this world. If Haye wins and moves up then Enzo will be best served going for a big name at the Liberty stadium in the summer. He should be pulling out the stops to get Cunningham or O'Neil Bell. However I believe Bell is in line for the Haye Mormeck winner but am not sure on the last point.

First thing he needs to do is get a new promoter coz Warren is wasting Enzo's prime.

Well i read this week cant remember where maybe Boxing Monthly? Frank Maloney stated that Haye will make one defense if he beats Mormeck, it thats the case surely it has to be Enzo?? I was just browsing Warrens website and he says he has made numerous offers to Haye without options to fight Enzo ( i find that hard to believe, as Haye is willing to travel to Paris to fight the current Champion, but not Enzo??)

Id love to see that fight, has to be the biggest fight in Britain at the moment.

    Well we know that's bollocks.

Maybe when the Haye-Mormeck fight was a 100% goer

you can say that again, but the fucker about the weight he is at atm is that Don king owns it. Apart from macca, all the champions and most of the top 10 rated guys are don king guys... Only reason haye is getting a shot is because he has no option other than let him, if mormeck wins i think he will put him in with cunningham way before he does enzo,

enzo might get a shot at the polish guy who had the IBF before steve did... i know enzo really really wants to take all the title before moving up. but i wonder how much longer he can stay at this weight and not get the big shots...

Adamek would make a good fight, or Bell. Or Enzo could fight Wilson. There are still some matchups out there.

Well if Haye does move up to HW IF he beats Mormeck...Enzo can have a few tune up's just to stay in shape because Haye's stay at HW will be a short one

Haye is a huge cruiser but i kinda agree with you on this one , its going to be interesting when Haye hits good HW'S and they dont go over and start hitting back.
remains to be seen if he can cut the mustard. but i dont see a future for him at CW he is just to big .i think it may have been a mistake loosing all the weight he has to fight Mormeck.

I agree with you on this one. If Haye felt happy at heavyweight to go in and KO Bonin like he did, he's been well above the cruiserweight limit for a heck of a long time, and I think he is going to really struggle with his stamina against Mormeck on Saturday, because it must be such a grind for him.

As for Enzo, if Haye wins and sods off, he needs to get one of the fights for the vacant title, and with the Sweetener of the WBO title on the line as well, I'm sure he can get it done.

Btw, I don't suppose anyone's got a link to the Enzo v Azzaoui fight from last weekend? I saw it in the stadium, but Setanta haven't put it in any of their highlights shows, and I'd like another look at it.
