Question for our UK friends

I just finished a book called "Cage Fighter" by Ian Freeman. While it wasn't Pulitzer Prize winning writing I was wondering just how good this guy really was. He fought in the UFC (20's or so) and defeated Frank Mir. Can anyone tell me what he's doing now and your opinions on him. Thanks to all.

Well i'm not strictly from the UK, but to getbthe ball rolling, yes i no the guy.
He did compete in the UFC a number of times but i don't think he was all that spectacular, nothing to be sneezed at but not elite. Most of his fighting was done in the underworld.
