Trying to post Vegas pics up - too big , advice please ??

Trying to post my Vegas pics but they are too big to upload (over 1mb some of them)

Not big on using photo editing or anything like that but how do you resize them please. Am using Irfanview.

Photobucket maybe? 1 meg is pretty much twice the size of most I have uploaded so don't hold me on it.

but there are plenty of these types of photo album host out there and you can do this yourself.
