This Is The Worst Feeling

Ive ever had
I exploded my rotator cuff
Boom exploded
I can actually feel my arm slip away from me,its awful,you can actually feel your shoulder seperating every minute
I sleep on the couch now,I toss and turn too much
Promoters wonder why Im so up their a$$ to get a gig done,I want to get the gym done for the night,and go to freaking sleep

Wish I could offer you some advice on how to treat this kinda thing but I don't have any experience in rotator cuff injuries.

I hope it gets to a more managable, less painful state soon though!

Its the creepy feeling,when your on the couch(home sweet home anymore)and you can feel the shoulder seperate that really gets me.
I mean you can actually feel yourself losing your own arm
Its fragging creepy,your arm is on the floor,and you know that all thats keeping it connected to you is hopes and dreams

Threw it perfectly,just years upon years of stress on it
If it had been the right I wouldnt have died of shock,but I never expected it would be my left to go

I had the same injury. And oh god... it sucks especially at night.

I get to reinjure it everytime I hop across tall wall, or pound something with a sledgehammer.

Vicodin is narcotic. So don't get yourself addicted that sh!t though.
