I've been made an offer!
This weekend a semi pro fight, Four Rounds....€300...Thats near $500.
Catch is, If I'm caught thats the amateurs gone forever....Is it worth the risk?

Are you hard up and what are your future plans at amateur?
Is £250 really worth it?
I got offered £200 to fight (I'm not saying who off! hahaha) when I hadn't trained for 2 months and had basically broken my wrist.
Wasn't worth fighting out of practice with one good hand (my weak one! :P) Forget punching... I had no strength for clinching or anything... couldn't even pore my drinks!![]()
They must be stricter over there, here semi-pro is more or less considered exhibition finding, and doesnt count against your amateur card
i'd do it, unless you intend on going to the olympics, or are just not ready...foget the cash, the experience will be worth it besides how many months gym dues can you pay with $500?
just saying....
Dont bastardise yourself, dont give them the satisfaction of knowing you can be bought. It will down the line come back to haunt you, trust me.
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....

I would have thought with the Irish national title owned your next big goal would be the olympics?
