Default I'm starting to like Max Kellerman

I used to dislike him but he has enthusiasm and can string good English sentences together unlike Lennox. He makes alot of mistakes still but I can overlook that(E.G. he said Casamayor has beaten Castillo etc_

Its funny, with me its the other way around, I used to like him and although I'm not sure if I dislike him yet he's starting to annoy me a bit at times, especially last night he did.

I've always liked Max, as Gamo says he comes across as if he's just genuinely excited about the sport of boxing.

Somteimes he bubbles over with wide eyed excitement but then me and Gamo often do that too!

Kellerman is alright. He loves boxing and it shows. Nothing wrong with that. But he needed to shut the fuck up with all that Katsidis is the next Gatti talk. That shit was getting on my nerves.

I like Max, he's knowledgeable (for the most part) and has good insight into the sport.

I like his commentary better than Larry Merchant or Teddy Atlas

Max can get overly excited sometimes, thats ok though. I don't like teddy atlas and his "strategy" pre fight talk bullcrap.

"Look here, how Boxer A must jab his way in"

"Boxer B must duck a jab to get inside where he will win the fight"

Everytime they show tedd trying to demo strategy, im sitting there thinking, stfu teddy lets get the fight going.

I hope they bring back roy jones in hbo though.

The best commentary guests ever would be James Toney and Ricardo Mayorga and his translator.

I would love Mayorga and his trainer to be the guest commentators for the Cotto Gomez fight!

Imagine Lampley asking Mayorga for his opinon on Cotto's performance and then listening to a Spanish interchange between Mayorga and his translator and then his translator saying 'He says Cotto fought like a fag and a fucking queer! Mayorga would fuck him and then fuck his mother, He's a real man!'

Also for pure comedy value Stephen Hawking would make a great guest too!

He's overtly biased and very excitable, but I'm slowly becoming a fan of Max Kellerman's, I'm ashamed to admit. He's grown on me like a wart.

I'll never forgive him for Rumble, Young Man, Rumble though.
