Can the switch hitting style stop a fighter from being popular?

A very strange question, I know. The reason I ask is that it is often said (mainly be me) that Junior Witter has never endeared himself to fans because he can produce boring, ugly fights. Last night I saw Lee Haskins fight on the Edwards-Bell undercard and his switch hitting style was so ugly to watch. There is an arrogance about it too and I just wondered if there is a pattern.

Hagler never had an issue packing in the fans . Hagler did it so perfectly. I tip my hat to the few that can do it effectively.

Mainly due to his arrogance, which lead to his downfall anyway. His head got too big and he let himself slip. I thought he was amazing in the ring, even though I considered him a twerp. I made sure I watched his fights. Only time I avoided him was during his ring entrances!hehe

Yes but Hagler was GREAT , a real fighter who could give and take punches.
Hamed was a powerful bully with a terrible style and an arrogant little f.u.c.k !
