Was reading fighnews and in another site and it looks like we'll be seeing Rafa vs. Izzy IV....

Nothings been set in stone BUT theres pictures with Rafa & Izzy and crew posing with the 4 fingers out to the camera....

Honestly I think they can handle it, the ones I'm worried about is us the fans the ones watching I don't think some of us can handle it. Me included shit! the last time I was there I broke my chair. God only knows what I'd do if I was there for the fourth fight...

I'm also excited for this documentary. Truly LEGENDARY rivalry, two guys who very well may be responsible for the greatest trilogy two boxers have ever put on. I say bring on another one because....well there is the opportunity for it. Of course they would be worse for wear but seriously give them big money, you give them big money and they don't have to fight much longer which is really what hurts these fighters.

Seriously, make this a MEGAFIGHT finally and give these two their due. I'm all for 4 and will make my earnest effort to be there no matter what.

I'm really dissappointed by this.

The prospect of another superfight is attractive, but at the end of the day, they've already had three gruelling wars. The nature of all three fights cannot be healthy for the body and is surely tiring for the fighters mentality. The body only has so many punches it can take, only somany punches it can throw and every round that these two share together, expends a great deal of their fighting spirit.

I credit both men for even considering putting themselves through the torture that the other can inflict, but enough is enough.

Yes I know what you mean. I once toppled an entire row of seats of about 10 - 15 people. I think it would be good for both guys in a $$$ sense Rafa would have to win it though to keep his spirits up and career going.

I would much rather prefer to see these two go at it again and make some decent money. You never know how the 3 fights have affected them if they're shot or not (I don't think they are) but I would prefer to see them matched against each other than to get beaten up by someone fresher so to speak.

The last one maight very well be the best fight I personally have ever seen. Their trilogy makes Gatti/Ward almost look passive

But; if these 2 dudes don't get the money offered to them that they should rightfully receive, then hell no. I'd almost feel guilty watching them brutalize each other with next to nothing to show for it except some medical bills.

How many pounds did you gain? what were you eating while watching them fight? cows, cake?

I think were going to have to keep you away from cows and cakes.

Ok seriously I'd love to see a fourth but I hope neither guys get permenantly damaged by these fights. In the fourth fight Im gonna have to go with rafa as much as I think izzy is too strong down the line. I just don't want rafa to lose 3 out of 4 his too good for that. Plus his the smaller guy that moved up, if izzy wins 3 out of 4 it would kinda take away credit from the rivalry. It would seem that izzy just picked on a smaller guy who happens to be great as well. If they split 4 fights, both guys would look great. if it goes 3-1 for izzy then imo neither guy looks great.

This is bullshit there are other fighters in the division that deserve their chacne as well. I hope these two don't fight again, they had their trilogy, now fight somebody else, then if there is no prospect left then turn around and fight eachother again, but when there are extremely talented fighters like Molitor in the division these two are really screwing over the rest of the fighters.

IF this does happen it's going to be no surprise for VAZ winning again. NO stamina for late rounds and no condition with the hits of VAZ.
