    Default Calzaghe's hands?

Joe's brittle hands were a big issue before the Kessler fight, but less people seem to be mentioning them before the BHOP fight.

I personally think a joe broken hand could be Nards best chance of victory. Calzaghe's workrate will more than likely win the fight but if he starts throwing less cos he has a sore hand, Hopkins will be all over him.

Thoughts? Just seems strange that it was such a huge issue last time out, now doesnt rate much of a mention.

If i was Hopkins i would elbow his hands, in fact it wouldn't surprise me if Hopkins did try something like that. Hopkins is the master at foul play.

That could be tricky to do. Hopkins may try make Joe hit him on top of the head haha. Do u agree that it is a factor tho?

Yes it is and i would be surprised if Hopkins didn't try and injure Calzaghe's hands. It seems like in most of his fights he break's his hands. But up to now none of the opposition have been able to take advantage of it because of the level of opposition. If Calzaghe's hand breaks he is in big trouble and he will get a beating on the inside IMO.

Calzaghe has always had vulnerable hands but they havent prevented him from getting through a fight. Calzaghe is more than aware of how to limit the damage as much as possible and to wear suitable handgear. If he keeps his head he should get through unscathed.

If he gets reckless then we have something to think about. I hope it doesnt happen though because no fight should be decided on a broken hand.
