hi everyone
thought i would introduce myself
im a sports scientist and boxing coach, i have recently started working with matthew barney in preparation for his fight with carl froch, i find this part of the forum very useful so will be spending most of my time here, if anyone needs any advice than please feel free to ask me and i will answer as best i can.
