in case you're wondering, the scabs are from them picking at their skin because they think there are bugs crawling in their flesh.

also, teeth fall out not because of the drug per se, but because of the resulting high intake of sugary beverages combined with poor oral hygiene. ie, they just let themselves go.

Agreed.You have to break the cycle and the hardest thing to do is turn your back on them in the hopes they find the help.Best possibility is for them to get locked up and court ordered into an in-house program.By name and Family your there for them but cease to really "Know" them after a while....sux!
