yeh um hi everyone im new here
I don't do boxing...yet, i haven't found a good place near me to do it yet, i just want to get in shape, gain some muscle/weight cos im really skinny,
and i need some suggestions on what i could do to gain that
At the moment i go to a gym tuesdays and thursdays after school for about an hour then it shuts
I don't have any gym equipment at home but hopefully will be getting some weights and stuff soon.
um anything else just ask. (Im new to this forum stuff sorry)
