Nard looked fantastic! Hes a great athlete.

Hes beaten tarver, wright and pavlik at light heavy but lost to calzaghe.

Now then, calzaghe is due to fight jones, consensus is that he will win, perhaps not but lets say for this purpose that he does win.

Calzaghe has then beaten jones and hopkins.

Ok, heres where it gets interesting:

We now know that the (when calzaghe beat him, and this is where the double standard is totally hillarious) 'aged, past it hopkins' that calzaghe just edged out...TOTALLY FUKIN SCHOOLED KELLY PAVLIK!!!

He had great stamina against pavlik YET CALZAGHE HAD HIM TOTALLY GASSED OUT, COULD HARDLY MOVE AFTER THE 8TH ROUND AND LOST THE FIGHT!

So how does this work...nard is suddenly awesome again after the pavlik fight, BUT AFTER CALZAGHE FIGHTS HIM HES A 'PAST IT'...

WRONG ANSWER HATERS!

Hopkins is an awesome fighterm hes probably just as good and even better (at some things) than he ever was, esspec last night...YET CALZAGHE BEAT HIM!

So lets say calzaghe beats jones...

and then there is a rematch, calzaghe vs hopkins 2!!!

What an incredible fight this could be! A massive money maker! Steve bunce was saying how nard would want to make it his last fight and so would joe, both fighting at the millenium stadium in cardiff (as joes the champ).

SUPPOSE JOE THEN BEATS HOPKINS AGAIN!

These are all very probable and the most likely scenarios.

In this case, calzaghe has a 49,0,0 record, champ for 12 whole years, totally undefeated and undisputed at 2 weights, beating eubank, reid, lacy, kessler, hopkins, jones and HOPKINS AGAIN!

What happens then?

I'll tell you what happens then...calzaghe is greatest fighter in lasr decade! He ranks higher than hopkins, higher than jones fullstop and theres no fukin doubt about that.

Is anyone worried? Looks like the 'weak, p*ssy, brawling slapper' could beat nard twice now

It makes me laugh how after calzaghe beats nard and has him totally gassed out, nard is a 'past his prime 43 year old man' and calzaghe needs to 'get in the ring with the young prime pavlik'...yet hopkins then schools pavlik.

Sorry, but there are some people on here who really ought to know better. I could say they KNOW FUK ALL ABOUT BOXING but id be wrong! They actually are very knowledgable HOWEVER THEY ARE LETTING THEIR HATRED AND PREJUDICE GET IN THE WAY.

BOTTOM LINE IS...IF CALZAGHE BEATS JONES AND THEN HOPKINS AGAIN, THE GAMKE IS UP, THERE IS NO DOUBT, CALZAGHE = NUMBER 1 OUT OF THE 3 OF THEM.

Nard bashes the sh1t out of pavlik and then all of a sudden people dont think logically 'hmmmm, calzaghe bashed the sh1t out of lacy, out of kessler and beat (not bashed sh1t out of him as it was a very close fight, 2 great fighters) hopkins...so maybe, just maybe hes telling the truth and pavlik isnt on calzaghes level?'

Well then, who will be first to say that if calzaghe beats jones and then beats nard AGAIN that he is the best of the three fighters?

I mean it doesnt take a genius to realise that if a fighter has beaten someone twice (and jones once)...if indeed he does, plus with a record of 49,0,0 and reigning champ at 2 weights for 12 whole years...then this fighter is the real raw fukin deal!

But of course, the same old excuses will be made.

Its really a shame for boxing when this happens.
