Rodrigo Valdez has some nice pop.Everytime we turned around this year it seemed A banger from Columbia was in the mix. Some had huge power but limited elsewhere.

I would have thought Peurto Ricans had the best power.

Yeah they are probably the best punching country p4p. As far as Corrales is concerned I believe he's half Mexican and Half Colombian. Don't hold me to it but I believe that's what he is.

A lot of people say that black American fighters have a slickness to them, Bernard Hopkins even said that. There have been arguments that that is science, but I'm more interested in wtf is in the water in Colombia.

EVERY fighter, I swear EVERY one of them can punch. Even the most limited of fighters still have a punch and are always in every fight. It's crazy. It just isn't the champions who have power I swear it seems like it's EVERYBODY.

Most fight very weak opposition until they reach top class , then dont get the same KO %

The answer COULD lie here, I have no idea what the training is really like over there so only speculating, but perhaps the training and skill of the trainers over there is so poor that only the guys with natural abilities such as power make it to the top. perhaps their judges only like aggressive punchers, sotheir best pure boxers never reach the international stage.

Without being disrespectful, its because of their lack of skill, the notable Columbians are those who have the power to compensate for their technical shortcomings.
Columbians without power never reach prominence.

haha it is kind of funny to see 'stat man's' use of stats backfire on him

It is true however that Chico's dad is Columbian but as I said above that makes him as Columbian as Calzaghe is Italian, or Mick is American

Thats what i was saying i didn't know if maybe his mother was or wasn't Columbian, because i don't know about his backgroud. The only thing i know is where he orignally come from, Bilbo threw me off a bit because i thought there was more to it than i thought, obviously not.
