I tried to give someone some reps. The website wouldn't let me and the dialogue box said to "spread my reps around".

How many people do you need to rep someone before you can rep the same person again? anyone know?

In the top right corner of someone's post there is a "Rep Me" button. If you click on that a box will open up and you can chose to give positive or negative reps. You can also leave a comment for, if you give neg. reps you have to leave a comment, but you can simply put a . in the comment box.
