He has a website I used to visit a few years ago and does some crazy training I just stumbled upon some youtube clips of him. The guy looks like a fucking hard bastard IMO. Anyone know anything about him? has he fought in the ring?

Just tried that. It seems totally impossible, I got 3 claps behind my back out of about 10 tries and my body hit the floor at the same time. He actually does TRIPLE hand claps if you watch closely!!! fuckin hell

Ross is a fitness beast. I think he maybe did a bit of boxing, can't remember. He isn't an active boxer...but does train and has boxing and mma guys he works with. He's got some great programs and ideas and really knows his stuff.

I used to post periodically on the rossboxing forum before I found this place. I'm not sure if he ever boxed, but I'm pretty sure he mentioned working in a fighters corner before. I could be mistaken though, it was years ago.
