I know he posted a topic once saying what programme or something he used for them. If you are interested in making your own, I will teach you. I was going to begin a tutorial on how to make sigis, and that was the example I was going to use and then I remember that PSL wanted a PACMAN sigi so I said the heck with making the tut and I will just make PSL a quick sigi but, tomorrow, I will begin my classes and I can teach you my technique and I can facilitate you with all the programs that you will need. So, get ready to learn. PS, yes I did make a tut once but it sucked, I am today a better teacher than I was in 08 and I hope when you learn, you will be able to agree. Anyway.. I will post the tut tomorrow and you can pm me with anything you need.

Ok, I made a run down of how i go about it. You can find the videos in the lets get it on section. If you are interested in learning from there, I can break it down for you more and I can help you get the software that you will need.
