I pick the tough defense minded Clottey to win over Cotto primarily on the basis of their respective performances against their common opponents in Margacheato and Judah...

- Clottey was winning in the first 6 rounds against Margo but suffered a hand injury resulting to a close UD loss...
- Cotto got mauled badly and quits against Margo in the 11th round...

- Clottey made Judah quit in the 9th round after inflicting a cut on Judah...
- Cotto TKO's Judah in the 11th round...

I'm predicting Cotto will be hurt badly by a Clottey uppercut during a toe-to-toe action... Cotto is a sucker of uppercut...

Cotto mostly attacks with his head down leaning in...

That's true... I even heard Clottey was weighing 170 lbs. on fight night against the late Diego Corrales... Tho Clottey and Diego both weigh-in at 149 for that fight...

Clottey being the bigger boxer compared to Cotto is also another reason why I pick Clottey to win this one...
