Hard to tell till I see him against someone game. Hes got speed and agility and some pop. Though I have to say that he looked a lot faster, agile and stronger because the other kid looked like a heavy bag waiting to get punched.
Anymore clips? Sharif looked like he was up for the fight. Focused and like he had a plan. Unfortunately as the saying goes.."everyone has a plan till they get hit...". I'd like to see how he handles a fighter with some ring generalship, jabs with authority and throws some straight punches. If I was training someone to fight him, the first thing that stands out to me is that he looks like he could be caught on the way in. Just my opinion.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.

Going with untested till I've seen a bit more of him, but there is some nice promise in there.
No one knows if this guy is anything yet. I once thought zab judah was the greatest thing since sliced bread. As a side note if he were my favorite fighter and i had a picture of him posted next to my name i'd probably say he's the best thing i've seen too.

He's quick, but he doesn't have that elite quickness that will save him from his poor technical skills, his footwork is really poor, and he doesn't get proper leverage on his punches.
I heard that Sharif actually chased down and killed the Cheetah they used to make his trunks. Barehanded.
Talk about fast!
Had a buddy of mine mention he had seen this kid fight a few months back in Vegas against Marcos Herrera, mentioned the kid had some nice pop to his punches, he also stated he resembles every other fighter from Uganda, Plenty of Pop and excitement but nothing stand out.
Early career so far, have to wait and see if we hear his name in 2 years
He has some natural tools which could work for him with the right training, but could also be a hindrance with poor training. I will watch with interest over the next few years to see how he develops. Definately untested as of yet, but on the radar.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
