TV Series : The Pacific (War)

Wondering who has seen this advertised and is looking forward to it?
I can't f'cken wait..

As a build up to it over there, they have Band of Brothers on here which i'd NEVER seen before, but it's honestly the best f'n tv series i've ever seen... And this is from someone who has spent at least 4 to 8 hours in front of the tv for the last 26 years.... Absolutely f'n awesome...

And the new one, The Pacific is made by the same people as Band of Brothers, and if they make it in the same style but add to it then it'll most likely be absolutely insane...

My expectations for band of brothers were pretty low as I was afraid it would be über patriotic and filled with exaggerations but finally, it is awesome! Pretty human with the good and bad side of soldiers, including very bad stuff they did.
As for the Pacific stuff, I am extremely curious and would love to see it too, if it is as good as B.O.B, it'll be awesome. I wish they would make the Africa's campaign this way too.

Really looking forward to this one. Had my eye on it for a while now. Band of Brothers was nothing short of phenomenal, and I expect nothing less from the Pacific.
