Default Tyson back in the ring?....

Theres talk that he could be fighting Holyfield end of the year for 20million each HAHA newspaper trash i suppose il try to find the artical online if i remember what newspaper it was. Size of tyson now how could he loose the weight!

There was a lot of controversy surrounding the last couple of times Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield stepped in the ring together. After a bunch of head butts and biting, fans and pundits alike felt like an era was over. But it looks like some people are trying to revive that era.

According to RingsideReport.com, Iron Mike Tyson, at the ripe old age of 43, is making a comeback. And his potential first opponent? That would be none other than Evander Holyfield. The website claims that a source close to the former champ has once again hooked with Don King to get him back in the ring in late 2010.

But apparently Tyson is leery about facing Holyfield yet again and other potential opponents include heavyweight Tony Grano (former cruiserweight champ) Jean Marc Mormeck, Vinny Maddalone and Derric Rossy.

Tyson's last fight was in 2005, when he lost to Kevin McBride and announced that he was retiring and his heart was no longer in the sport. Times have changed however. Tyson is coming off a successful year, where his autobiographical documentary received rave reviews, he was a part of the success of the film"The Hangover" and he made appearances on Oprah, Saturday Night Live and an Italian version of "Dancing With the Stars." He's been working out lately and seems to have conquered the addictions he battled and gained some of that lost confidence back.

It's a fact that King is getting him in shape, one or two articles leaked about it in the newspapers. As or Holyfield, it has been a rumor that hasn't yet been confirmed but it could be very possible, both are in horrible financial situation and need money like bad. 20 millions each? That, I doubt it... I don't see how King could convince anybody to shell out 30 bucks for it and to display the fight on HBO for load of money. Would they obtain 3 millions each, that would already be awesome, and that's considering Tyson's magnetism. I might be wrong but I highly doubt anything above 3 millions each and this number is definitely sweet candy.

I read a bit from Glenn McCrory on the skysports website and he said that he'd met up with Tyson, that he was back in training and had lost about 4 stone. He did say there wasn't going to be any comeback. I hope Tyson stays reitred, there's no need to comeback, he should stay back and if he needs money there'll surely be other ways away from the ring for him to make some

I agree. Coming back and losing a lousy fight would kinda take all the wind out of his sails. At the position that he's in now, he has more long lasting money-making opportunities.

It won't happen. Tyson is done and at 43 and after his worst performances, he won't be back. Give these dumb rumours a rest! It's old and boring and never going to happen.

It is not happening, now or ever, Holyfield was lucky to get the fight with Botha....Tyson has a full plate with things going on...He has a reality show coming up,,,His biography on film did great in sales, he is still adjusting to the loss of his daughter, trying to salvage his marrige....and popular to contrary belief he is not broke....

    Just nonsense fellows...Nonsense

There are more fans out there with the WWWrestling mentality than there are real boxing fans. You know a day at the pub to see the monsters fighting!

Look at RJJ / Green just for the last public $ rort!

A large section of the Aussie public forked out for it and bought into the flag waving hand on heart, Go Australia crap..

Here they have the whole world looking: they'll create the threats, the arguments, the spilling over of tables at a conference, the threats of more ears. You know the story get as many emotionally involved as possible...blah blah blah, $ $ $.
