    Default Jamie Moore

Looks like his career is over was beat tonight by a journeyman. looks like all the wars have caught up with him, he says that he might fight on at 168, bad idea imo he was a warrior and a top bloke, lets hope he hangs em up had a very good entertaining career.

Was very sad to see. Yeah I hope he calls it a day but more importantly I hope he's made enough money to do so.

I think he was always a big 154 fighter, but once he couldn't make that any more it was curtains. His punches weren't as vicious at 160 & I think 168 would be a disaster. I was watching the PPV in a pub so couldn't hear his interview, but he should let it go. Khomitski is about as tough a journeyman as there is in boxing, but at the end of the day that's still what he is, a journeyman. I hope Moore calls it a day, it would be a shame to see him end up like Howard Clarke or Gilbert Eastman from not seeing the signs.

Horrible to watch. A completely different fighter from this time last year

Maybe he has just fallen out of love with the sport, maybe he has just hit a wall at this stage in his career

    very sad to see
    one dangerous horrible bloke

Wow really ? that sucks i really liked Jamie Moore, and his fights with Macklin, Jones 3, Rhodes, were classic wars. He also had some underrated wins over Sebastian Lujan, Michele Piccirillo.

I remember awhile ago when he was in line for a title shot, what a shame he never got one. Sure he probably wouldn't of won, but he gave the fans some classic battles. He always let it all hang out, such a shame his career has to end like this.

During this fight I was wondering if this takes anything away from Ryan Rhodes' win over him. I mean it was a real hard fought battle and for a lot of it it looked like Moore was going to win but Rhodes did end up catching upto him in what i remember as an uphill battle. Maybe I am being unfair to Rhodes and Moore lost a lot with that defeat, but if not and Rhodes was fighting a man of the level that fought last night, his world title atempts could well end up a disaster!
