I think he deserves a title shot! He has never lost at Light Middle and looks better than ever!
Anybody else see the fight?

There is talk of a fight with Margorito for the vacant WBC belt, I think Margo would smash him up, but Rhodes is a nice fella but I think he would fall short of world class.
Agreed Scrap, he was in great shaped, best I havse seen him since before Otis Grant fight, perhaps best ever. Also agree with Skel, that he will fall just short against somebody like Magarito
Hard to believe that him and Naz were coming up at the same time and looking at the shape Rhodes is in compared to Naz

He did look really good but who wouldn't against a guy who threw near to no punches. But i have seen some of his other fights and he can box very well under pressure or he can go to war with you however i don't see him winning a world title. Be great if he did though!![]()

Looked very good last night, but he wasnt against a world class fighter, but he dealt with a decent fighter with ease.
Deserves a big fight imo.
I think the light middleweight divison is gonna be amazing in the next 18 months, when Kirkland gets back in the mix ( lets hope he can still make 154 ) some amazing fights can be made, really think this is could be the hottest division in the near future.
Ryan Rhodes looked world class last night, let's hope he gets a world title shot soon.

I thought he looked very slick, hands were a little low when coming out of a clinch and would have taken some shots against a better fighter. Had a nice style last night though.
I think his opponent like may say helped him look good, but Rhodes is a great guy. Surprised he looks so good at 154, every weigh in I see of him recently he looks like a corpse, the bloke deffo deserves a nice pay day at world level.
I got home from work around the end of the third round and the first thing I saw was the stat that Messi had thrown 8 punches in the first three rounds, and that said it all really.
As others have said, he seems a decent guy, and being a brit I wish him all the best, but I'm not sure he can cut it at the very top.
