I think in boxing "black" and "slick" are coupled but he did fight clottey who is a true "african american" floyd was born in Michigan..last I checked it's apart of the united states which makes him American..not african, come to think of it hell both his parents were born in the states too....
I think his handlers have kept him away from slick fighters until they felt he was ready to face the best which is floyd. The drug test shit is a bit fishy though. Even if floyd did somehow pull this out of his ass, if manny is clean why not take it?
