If you actually have (significant) tears you are not likely going to overcome them until you rest.

Imagine a cut on your skin which you keep tearing open.

Now, if you just have soreness etc that would be different and you can quite likely work through it.

What is intensive about your training? What are you doing that is highly stressful? (You only mention '3 days per week' which is not by itself particularly intense, but could be made so by the type, length, level, etc of your activities....)

yeah its not really soreness it feels more like fibre tears. Steped up more round on pads, more rounds sparring, Heavey glove on the bags (more rounds on them) 3 days in the gym 3 days fitness training.

What specifically though, is it a three day split? are you beating the same body parts 3 days over on top of boxing.

What ever you doing it's likely that you aren't allowing yourself adaquate recovery... either from poor nutrition or poor training planning and lack of rest.

If you're doing the same thing over and over and need feeding yourself properly then expect to stall and then regress... anything but develop.

Gives us a typical monday to sunday mate, I haven't got enough to even speculate on...

    10-15 mins skipping
    5mins Shadow.Footwork
4-5 rounds sparring (depending on whats going on)
5-8 rounds on the pads (15-24mins)
    few rounds on bags light
    Warm down

    wed
    10 Mins Skipping
    Sparing 5-8 rounds
    Shadow boxing
    Bag work (heavey gloves)
    Pad work
    Warmdown

    Fri
Variety of both on the ups

    Tue
    2-3 mile fasts

    Thur
    Hill work

    Sat
    20mile Bike ride

    Sun
    rest

Somthing along the lines of that i have to admit my diet is poor. and i havnt eally got any recovery supliments either apart from testosterone& zinc ZMC i think there called. So looking into getting some decent Createin to help aswelll.
