    Default Ray Allen's jump shot

Irrelevant of Ray Allen's shooting performance last nite I dun think there can be any doubt that his is one of the NBA's greatest shooters.

My question is, did he always have his silky smooth jumpshot all through high school and college or did he develop his shooting for his NBA game?

Anybody's input would be most appreciated.

He's always had it. He's a pure shooter.

The only problem with being a shooter is that sometimes you hit a dry spell and your shot is just not sinking. Ray Allen hit a bad one of those the year they won the whole thing. But regardless, from what I know Allen has always been a shooter. What I love about his shot is how quick his release is. I tried to mimic his shot and sweet lord it is hard to shoot that way. He is one hell of a talent.
