I don't think many follow football that closely at that level to be able to comment on that to be honest Scrap.
I always thought though City has a good youth set up? They are the most succesful team ever in the F.A Youth cup I think. But wouldn't no to be honest mate don't really know much about who is decent and who is not at that level.
