Yeah I've been watching all this.

Koscheck did come across a little hypocritical with his "leave my guys alone" bit, particularly after his taunts at Team GSP (Michael Johnson in particular.) But you do suspect the footage is edited to the hilt, to promote the GSP vs. Kos fight.

GSP's training does seem on a different level than Koscheck's because of Danaher and Jackson in particular.

I think Michael Johnson easily out wrestles Alex Caceres and may finish him b Sub.
Kyle Watson and Aaron Wilkinsons is far better fight and I think Wilinson can avoid the takedowns and win on the feet UD.

Seeing as Nam Phan and Jonathan Brookins won their quarters in the previous episode are they now matched in a semi final?
That'll be a very good fight as they have a common strength in Jiu Jitsu and grappling, so they may opt to strike it out.
